Investorcoach property then outsource the construction to one of our longstanding builders...
We then project manage the building of a sizable (200 sqm plus) quality 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car lock up, fully fenced and landscaped investment property right through to completion (we handle everything on a daily basis) with the finished product at approximately a 20% discount to standard retail prices.
Step Three
As insurance brokers prior to completion we have all the necessary fire, flood, tenants and loss of rent etc insurance cover required...
Two weeks prior to completion we outsource the property management to one of our longstanding property managers who sources and screens a quality long term tenant...
Investorcoach Property then manage all ongoing affairs relating to your investment property being the conduit for you on all matters.
Step Four
Our goal and motivation is not to simply help you with just one property but rather coach you to build a portfolio of quality residential investment properties...
All the while looking after and taking care of your other (optional) financial affairs with our Financial planning and Insurance broking sister companies...
